Toshiba e studio 3530c CE20 Error.

    Toshiba e studio 3530c CE20 Error.

    Copier was due for K drum and dev replacement. After replacing and performing 05-396 (Automatic initialization of image quality control) the error was coming back.

    Did I missed any steps after drum and dev replacement that would cause this?

    Please help...

    The machine was throwing these errors prior replacement.

      I would start by cleaning the IQC sensors behind the shutter assembly underneath the transfer belt. Even though there is a shutter they still are prone to toner build up and will throw out IQC codes intermittently.
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

          Check that the transfer belt cleaning blade is cleaning belt.

                  how did You get rid of C467 - I can see it in you list with trouble codes?

                  I have change thermistor of pressure roller, checked lamp - they are ok...
