reformat hhd but back up adress book for fax otherwise you will be peprograming them it because you will loose the after toy rformat you shoul be ok

yes the thing with Toshiba if you don't do these things in exact order it wont work

C962 is a sys board error usually pertaining to firmware missmatch try another version of firmware ? yj
he latter the better
