When you say "copy runs through fine" do you mean a Copy of the ORIGINAL is produced and then shows RADF jam because the Original does not exit or the Original EXITS the RADF and THEN shows the jam?

Just on spec.....if the Original jams before exit - then check for folded back Mylar Guide Strips in the exit area.

If the original exits then shows the jam - check for sticking Flag and/or replace the Exit Sensor.

The copy runs threw fine, exits out to finisher, original passes threw doc feeder, then shows jam. I am gonna tear into to see if any flags hung up,lazy, sticky. I checked with flash lite, ran cardstock threw manually. Doesn't make sense. This is a group of machine I picked up,4 sharp,1 toshiba , lol, Murphy's law
