posted this a few weeks ago, more info. place orig in df, press copy, runs through fine,but shows jam in df. will not clear unless u turn off/on machine. 03 7,8 a-h e-g all ck ok until u open cover, then dont. i changed out reg sensor(ordered new) still goofy???? shows a e712, have done/ ck all but df pwb. i no its slappin me in the face, anything i am missing? those boards go bad? i have seen on other brands b4(sharp,kodak) anyone, anyone, bueller? lol

When you say "copy runs through fine" do you mean a Copy of the ORIGINAL is produced and then shows RADF jam because the Original does not exit or the Original EXITS the RADF and THEN shows the jam?
Just on spec.....if the Original jams before exit - then check for folded back Mylar Guide Strips in the exit area.
If the original exits then shows the jam - check for sticking Flag and/or replace the Exit Sensor. -
