[Jamming] Toshiba eStudio 527 issue

Help! I have an EStudio 527 copier that jams in the rear section of the machine. It only jams when the customer is getting fax confirmations which makes no sense to me. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest version and nothing seems to help. This is my third service call for the same issue.

Does this jam occur only out of one drawer? Try removing all paper from machine, get a fax from someone, then fill one cassette at a time to troubleshoot if it is a drawer feed issue or programming issue.
