    Password for job status

I just came across a Toshiba es3530c that I have to put in the admin password to get into the jobs tab in job status area. Any idea where I can disable this?

It is actually asking for the admin password and 123456 works. My customer wants everyone to be able to access the job status area but not give out the admin password.

In TopAccess click on the 'USER MANAGEMENT" tab. If "AUTHENTICATION" isn't displayed then click on the tab 'AUTHENTICATION'. Here you can enable/disable both department management and user management. Leave department code enabled, but below that disable user management. From your description of what you want to do you don't seem to NEED user management. User management limits what "functions" a department has access to, while the department code limits what they can produce.
