Toshiba e-Sudio 2820c image quality

Hi,


i have a Toshiba e-Studio 2820c with bad image quality. I have attached a image on what the machine is doing wrong. Other than making darker and lighter prints the colour is meant to be light blue not purple or lavender as you can see in the photo attached. Any help will be appreciated.

To get the colors to match what they should look like all you got to do is run "calibration" from the user functions screen. Run the one for "copy" and the one from "print".

I've seen this a lot is there like yellow back ground if so pull the units out and check your saw tooth coronas I bet one is broke if that's whats going on let me no and ill tell ya how to get the color quality back but the corona will need to be fixed first what I've seen the back block gives out and the stub that holds the saw tooth is probably broke off so at the least the block an the saw tooth would need replacing then adjustment because which ever one broke the toner is being pulled out of the dev
