Toshiba e-Studio 255 LCF Problem

I have a Toshiba e-Studio 255 with a LCF problem, at times the LCF will lift half the draw up and get stuck, at times it won't work at all, or at times it will work even the paper being loaded on the left won't pass to the right in the LCF. I have changed the LCF boards and motors I'm stuck with no options left as it's still the same. Any help is appreciated.

its not the boards look at the gears where the pins are typically they wallow out
