Web Page Printing

Is there a way to print web pages from the internet without automatically having the headers and footers print when using the latest Toshiba Universal print driver?

Firefox:Internet Explorer: Go to File -> Page Setup, then set every drop-down in the Headers and Footers section to -Empty-. Click OK.
