Hi, I'm used to the Canon IR3300, but now have a Toshiba copier.

I have a Toshiba 3520c with firmware T450SY0E230.

It has an annoying bug that each morning when it comes out of energy saver mode it has to be manually power cycled. Is there a newer firmware for this device which fixes this problem?

I was asking if this is a known issue solved by a firmware update. Not for a parts and service manual.

Yes, updating the firmware should resolve your problem. The firmware you have now goes back to 2010.

Does it have a a finisher/ sorter on it? If so it is a know issue with this model and it is firmware related; however you need to update the finisher firmware and not the copier. It occurs when it has gone into sleep mode and then woken up. The finisher firmware needs to be updated with a special jig and not via usb.
