Are you a tech or an end-user? If you are a tech you will need a manual, maybe a HDD. If you are an end-user you will need a tech.

3C ->ON -> 3

49 -> ON -> 4

If the problem still is there you may need another HDD but I doubt it.

Reinstall the hard drive software. If that doesn't work you have to perfom
3 + C and select 3 (format HDD) and reinstall software
