toshiba e studio 166/206 copy counter

Hi expert
Have any way to set copy counter as my wish, such as there are 44500 copy I need to turn it to 40400 copy in toshiba e studio 166/206. there are only one person in bangladesh who can do this without changing anything, I challenged him that my "copytechnet expert" also able to do that . please help me as soon as possible
