e-STUDIO 163 F14 error code

Guys, please, somebody help. Tell me the way to solve a F14 error code in a e-163. Don't have service manual and don't know what is it. Please tell me anything that helps.

Usually F14 is because the different counter between total and back up. try to copy counter first. 08-388 or 08-389.

If the problem persists after the counter transfer, do consider to replace the NV-RAM module.
