I agree this is bulls.... talk about boring I go to Ricoh they are a better machine in my opinion anyways. I* loved Toshiba until I was trained on ricoh they run so much better and talk about reliability so console machines I work on go 750k before we even get a service call that's what I call a good machine

I am also a Toshiba Tech and Xerox tech. But I do have to say Ricoh copier's are great and easy to work on. Very reliable machines Indeed.
