Toshiba 351c Black Toner not rotating and a noise Message Install Black toner K Toner

Good afternoon,

I have a Toshiba 351c that keeps on saying Install K Toner. The problem is the K toner is not rotating and my question is which gears need to be replaced and by any chance do you have the part numbers. Thanks so much. FYI - I am a Toshiba tech since 2005 but this model I can not stand never did like it. Enough said. Thanks and yes I do have the sh and sm. Thanks

have you tried a new toner bottle? ive had quite a few bottles that wont rotate completely and hang up in the hopper.

Yes new bottle and I removed bottle and cheated interlock swirl he's and it does not rotate at all.

you need to disassemble there is a motor that turns that could be the issue because toner builds on the gear causing it to bind but disassemble is required to properly repair you must see what gear it is and you could run simulation to turn on the K toner motor then you would know if the motor is working or not
