I have a customer that has set up scan to email. When they scan the email asks for a password and when they enter the admin password the email will open. I am pretty sure it is in top access but can not seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can find this setting and turn it off?

Sounds like they have some type of encryption set at the MFP. It may be a setting in the PDF settings, could also be an issue with public/private keys. I believe it was a 3510c it might have been a 3530c. I don't have the paper work in front of me and the customer called me with the question.Comment
