Toner leaking

I have a Toshiba 600 that is leaking toner from the bottle. As it's turning toner is backing out in tray. I vacuumed the tray installed new bottle and its still backing up. I know there are two toner motors one clockwise and one counter clockwise. I have made sure the recovery system is working. Developer is good. Machine was working fine till customer changed toner. OEM Toner is used. Changed toner cartridge still same problem

did you try vacuuming the hopper assy

Is the hole on the cartridge lining up with the hole on the hopper.
