    Toshiba E Studio 3511

    Hi,

    I just got myself a second hand e studio 3511. I am connecting my laptop to it using USB cable. But it doesn't seem to be detecting at all. My computer OS is Windows 7. Can anyone please kindly help and advice ? Thanks alot.

      I assume that PC, USB cable A-B type and USB port on PC are working - tested on another printer... In this case it might be the usb port on machine. Try printing using network port.
