Toshiba e-studio 455 paper jam in finisher

Hi
I formatted HDD for Toshiba e-studio 455 machine by using 08-690

After that the machine works only without finisher.

If I connect the finisher and on the machine it gives Ready to copy.

when start copying it gives paper jam in finisher, but the gammed paper just pass the cassette.

there is no papers in finisher.

Any advice
