eStudio 281c

Hi,

Our printer (estudio 281c) prints with white smudges across the pages.
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? We just replaced the black toner, and PDF files (we print them out as images) are mostly smudges free.

Hi Ava, a pikkie would be good however it seems like the mylar sheet on the Black Dev Unit is perished/bits missing causing the Dev to build up on the Unit & smearing the Image on the Drum/Transfer Belt, would probably pay to have a trained Toshiba Tech to check & quote for service/repair.
