Toshiba estudio 207

Hi to all,

I have a problem with this machine regarding the scanner,
I've a pc with win 8 and the Scan to File-->Shared Folder (SMB) does not work.
The result is a file with the correct name but it weight 0Kb and isn't readable.
I've read the only solution is to upgrade the firmware, but I havent' found it.
Could someone provide it to me, please?

When You talk about SMB did You mean that e207 has GA-1190 (network print) + GA-1200 (network scan) installed? Can You check firmware version for machine and both options?

Yes, the e207 has the network print and the network scan modules installed. Tomorrow I will check the firmware version (the machine is in the office )

Copier Firmware Version T286SY0W211
Printer ROM Version T282CN0E311
Scanner ROM Version T282SC0E311

Anyone have the firmware of the modules?
