[Misc] hard drive on E-Studio 600

In changing hard drive for this model. Does it needs a special application in formatting the HDD? And what would be the maximum hard disk capacity applicable for this model to work at normal speed?

I believe you can go up to 120GB, the drive must be formatted and partitioned using the 3/c mode, and you will need to reload UI/HDD data at a minimum, but the full firmware update can't hurt. Follow the firmware update instructions as there are a couple of steps required after the update. Emujo
