OK So I have client with the ES 3540c f-101 error. I went ahead and performed a C+3 #3 and HDD format and now I need the firmware and related software to load the HDD. Please if you have it email it to me? Thanks in advance to any and all techs who respond. RIP Paul the manual guy.

Hi Jude,
Just joined the forum. I have the firmware you need. The file is quite large so email is not going to work. Just setup a Google Drive account to share files. If you send me your email address, can send you a link to my Google drive folder. I also am looking for some firmware for a Ricoh MP9000 if you know anyone with access to Ricoh website.
