    5520c CE20 Error

    Hi All,

    I seem to have run into an issue with my 5520c, after a print job whenever the printer turns on it goes straight to a call for service screen.

    Please see the attached pciture for reference.

    From what I can gather the error code is CE20, is there a guide or video which may help fix this issue.

          Hi Laitang,

          Thank you so much for your help, I have seem to fixed the error and the printer is working fine.

          I have noticed that the printer is dropping large amounts of ink on the the transfer belt surface, is there a method to correct this issue?
