Wait warming up problem e-Studio 282

I have a e-STUDIO 282, when I start my Machine that says "wait warming up..." minimum after 20-25 minutes are ready than run. What can I do this time...? Please help me any expert?

This is Hard Drive Failure.
That is what these Toshiba's do when the hard drive fails.
They have the firmware loaded onto the drive so the machine is not "booting up" because it can not get the files from the drive
