some troubleshooting with code : "line adjustment mode"

Hi all !

I have some the machines for rent, some customers the know " line adjustment mode" code. they changed from "0" to "1" in this code and so the counters doesn't run.

who can help me know , how can i know the correct counters when they set it?

Not sure how about recovering the counters - but you can change the Service Password - so it can't be changed....and has to be left at ZERO.

It seems they know the default password.

I believe the PM counters still count eve in "Line Mode" so you could reset the counter before each rental and then see if it matches the main meter.

Yes - worth a try - do a PM list print - set the line adjust mode to both 0 and 1 - and do a handful of copies - this should tell you.

We had one in the field that the meter was turned off, but the check and call still reported accurately.
