How to upgrade Firmware for Toshiba E600?

Hi, everybody! Please everyone instructions on how to upgrade Firmware for Toshiba E-600!
I try upgrade follow Service Handbook but not success! When I plug in a USB 1 GB containing firmware to E-600 anh hold 4-9, Error "Error load Module"!
Run code C-3 to Clear old firmware before run code 4-9, isn't it?

1/The file system of USB storage device should be formatted in FAT format, not FAT32 or NTFS
2/The "mentusb.o" file stored in the root of the USB storage device
see fig below:

3/In case the printer kit (GM-1050/1051), printer/scanner kit (GM-2040/2041) and scanner kit(GM-4010) are used, the update must be performed after all the "dongles" are disconnected from the USB connector (host) and only the USB storage device is connected.

You use code [0][3] to check your USB device is acceptable by the machine or not.
Install your USB device to the machine, turn on the machine, Hold key [0], [3] and press [START] -> the machine go into test mode , press [COPY] button -> [COPY] LED: ON, press key [0], if the button E highlight, that mean your USB device is acceptable and vice versa.

It may take some time (2 sec. to 10 sec.) before this check is completed depending on the USB storagedevice.

OK! I've checked USB, button E and D highlight.
Can I ask you something: Before update Firmware (Turn on Machine, hold [4] [9] to update), do we have remove old firmware on machine with code: [Clear] [3] because I've said: When I plug in USB 1GB containing lastest Firmware to machine then turn on Machine, hold [4] [9] there's error on screen machine: Error load Module? Why?

You live in Viet Nam, Don't you? I saw your post on AHA chuyen gia forum. Up to now have you not done update firmware yet?
I guide you a simple method to do. You only choose USB has the capacity 512Mb - 1Gb. Format it in FAT. Do not contain any file in USB. You copy all iteams of firmware to your USB, Don't create any folder in USB. If the error has occur. Try changing another USB. As usual I use 512Mb usb It's ok. If you need another firmware of E 600, send your request to my mail buuluutran@yahoo.com.vn . I live in Vietnam too
PS: you done C+3 to clear partition of HDD. For me no need this step.Do this if your HDD is not accepted.

I suggest that:
1/ Ensure your PC is out of virus
2/ Download Mini tool partition wizard home edition (pwfree9) and install on your PC
3/ Install the 1GB USB flash drive to PC and use this software (pwfree9) to do:
- Delete all partition on USB flash drive
- Creat a new partition with volume 512MB
- Format this partition with FAT
- Apply
4/Copy the newest firmware of ES-600 (es853-850-usb-sys356) on USB flash drive
5/ Use it to update ES-600

OMG! That's great idea! I know this software but never think that!

So sad! I've tried the laitang method with USB 1GB, 2GB, 4GB but it all nofication: Set correct USB Storage ........ Anyway, tks to everybody for helping me! Do you know the way please help me!
