Replaced HDD on a 2830c, cannot connect to driver or access 'Top Access'

I recently purchased an e-Studio 2830c off-lease which had the HDD removed. I replaced the HDD, created a partition, installed the most recent firmware, and formatted the HDD according to the manual. The machine started up without issue and prints (from USB) and copies fine. However, I cannot get the machine to work with the Universal Driver 2 (adding a printer using IP address), it does not have a file share or drivers installed on the HDD after the firmware update, nor can I access 'Top Access.' Any suggestions? Also, how would I flash the RAM memory to remove any settings or information that was entered by the previous owner? I would like this machine to be like it was out of the box. Thanks in advance.
