    Toshiba estudio 450

Hi guys. I have an issue with this machine. So, the story goes as follows : the client pulled the plug on the machine while it was working. After that, went into ready but it dint't print or copy. I went there and switched off the machine from the button. When i switched it on again, on the display appeared the imagine with the copier and the display started blinking from 5 to 5 sec. I pulled out the ram, cleaned it, and after i put it back, the machine stated working again. Today, the client calls me with this same issue. The machine is in ready state, if you put a sheet of paper in radf, it goes in the process of copying it, but no sheet of paper is pulled from the drawer. The client switched it off from the button and the same issue with the display blinking appeared. So, any ideas? Maybe the ram is defect? Or the firmware? If someone could send me the firmware at the adress marian.tabara@gmail.com i would be very greatfull.

    Hi
Maybe your machine has a trouble with HDD because the machine was off without shut down. I send you two link for download firmware of two version:
    1/http://www.mediafire.com/download/tns23bh6c9xi1g9/350_450_Latest_version_4006.rar
    2/http://www.mediafire.com/download/875t3ktavn3ggay/Firmware_350_450.rar
You should do up firmware full. Because my firmware version may be not equal your machine's firmware version. First do update OS, after do update full.
I have some words to you. Good luck!
    Buu Luu

You download firmware to your computer, extract file and copy all to usb 512Mb without create any folder. Turn off the copier and remove all dongle out machine. Plug usb contains firmware to machine. Press and hold down 4&9 key turn machine on. The extension key led light, release two numeric keys. Wait for displays:

        2HDD...
        3 Scanner..
        4
        5
        6.....
you press start to do up date firmware. It takes about 15 minutes to complete update. Turn off machine and unplug usb. Press and holdown 0&8 turn on machine. Access 947--> start---> innitiallize. 690 ---> start---> enter wait machine says reboot machine. Turn off and on machine. I owe you one. Thank you. Just one more thing: do i update all the positions from 1 to 6? And you provided 2 firmware versions. Wich one of them should i put on the usb stick? Is it ok if i have a 1gb usb stick? It needs to be formatted as fat?

You can copy the latest version 4006 to usb but you must do up date 6 items because your machine's firmware may be older than my firmware. If your copier's firmware version is equal mine. It's enough for you to do up date HDD item. USB must be formatted FAT not FAT 32

                Hi
If the machine had worked normally It didn't need do up date OS. Remember inform user should shut down machine, don't switch power off directly.
