[Error Code] toshiba 6520c this code C3A0

hello... i`m new to this site and i have a question !!!
the copier machine give me this code C3A0 and SPC sensors after i cleaned drum unit, wire etc...
before to perform this operation the copier works perfect except 1 line dirt
what happened ? i stay all night long and nothing... i have this machine and other 10 konica minolta, toshiba is ok until somthing is broken

in 0-5 mode 2788 say i have all 4 error (2) all 4 units display (2)
in 0-8 mode 573 - 576 is no error (0)

is anywhere a code ore something to erase the error ?
any ideea ?

[C3A0] Auto-toner sensor (M) abnormality (upper limit)
Check there is plenty of dev in magenta unit. Reset sensor 05-2402
