Paper size setting for es4540c icon missing

Hello

I have just received in a used Toshiba es4540c. The icon for changing the paper size is missing. I have checked the manual that I have and can not find a setting. I did find a setting that says to reset to factory defaults and after running that for a second I see the icon but it goes away and I am not sure how to change the size. I would appreciate any help.

It's probably got custom firmware loaded, just upgrade / reload the firmware & it should restore your icon

To solve the issue, u can upgrade newer firmware, or recover the Drawer icon using code 08-8712 set to "1".

Doesn't it ask you if the size is correct when you open and close the drawer? Mine do.
