i want make it copy black only also do not check for color toners how can i make that ? thanks for any ideas

1. Default the User-Copy to black & white mode
2. Enable dept code for the MFP, set a dept code for colour copy/print, enable no limit black
3. As what i know, if no colour print is made, it wouldn't use any toner, but the colors' developer will depleted due to image quality calibration...Of course, u can turn off the calibration, but I doubt that whether the machine can work or not...
