estudio fax number insertion problem

Hi . We have estudio c2550 it was and is working fine as copier, printer and scanner but have problem with fax.. Actualy when i press fax i cant dial numbers. Insert number button is off insert email button is off i can recive fax..but cant dial number so that cant send fax.. The did these steps
1. Check code 08- 8914 (sub) 2 - 1 (enable).
2. Change hdd and batch setting 08-8750
3. Chande sys board.
But nothing is changed.

Was the fax option working correctly prior to this? Is this a new install with a new fax option?
If so, did you initialize the fax option upon set-up?

This is new machine we installed and Second day we installed the fax... I dint check if the fax option was working at the installation day.
Yes after installing fax I initialize it with 08. And *1

thanks for your replay i have resolve the problem.. actualy its 08-8704 0 (0-1)

0:no restriction
1:machine search for External LDAP only , and disable the touchpad for fax,email etc.
and it was on 1.
