I have a 5520c that I have the error code C021, I am trying to figure out what is causing this error, Can anyone help?

Also I would like to see if there is any new firmware out for this unit.

    Hi:

Most likely cause is one of the ymc developer units is locked up. Pull out the EPU tray and remove the drums.
Then look at each dev unit to see if there is anything obviously wrong. If not, then pull each dev unit and check
that each one turns ok. Sometimes the mag roller can fail and that can change the pole position locking that
    dev unit up.

Each developer turns normally, I have noticed right below the toner carts there is a hopper unit, these are not turning on the initial power up of the copier where the developers turn...

Is there a way to clear the code from the unit?

remove the developer drive motor assembly , remove all the motors(take care as the location of each motor, they arent all the same and need to go back to the correct location), remove the gears from the drive assembly and clean and lube the shafts with a light grease
