    [Error Code] Toshiba ES 755 CB10 Finisher error

    I messed with the trays and got it working again for a short time. The error occurs when copier is turned on and trays to set up. It looks like the top tray isn't going down easily. Are the tray motors known for failing ? Thanks so much for any help.

      Tray motors are a weak part on those finishers. I keep a motor on hand because we run into so many issues with them.
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

              These finishers have been used for a while, was usually the cam white with a blue one way bearing in which failed.
              It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
