Toshiba e233 starts printing grabage from turning it on

The customer says he networked it and did this, so he took it offline and keeps doing the same thing.
(printing garbage signs and letters like %$%$/FG&%$#H564%&$....etc. nonstop) right from the start in LTR size,

he pushes Cancel and it stops, and can copy from there.

    Any ideas are welcomed.

Sounds like a bad print job is stuck in the queue. That can happen if someone uses the wrong driver to print to the copier. The job can remain in the copier memory even if the network cable is unplugged. I would suggest the following: turn copier off, confirm that network cable is unplugged, open both paper drawers so nothing can print when you start it up, turn on copier, delete any jobs in the "Job Status" list, and finally change IP address of copier so that it won't receive the print jobs from the PC that started the mess.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Sounds like a bad or wrong print driver. Reinstall on a different IP address and make sure you have the correct print driver.
