HDD wipe

Konica tech here. Have to de-install an e-studio 305 but have to wipe or format the HDD. Can anyone provide how to do this? Is it in the adjustment mode? To enter that, I believe you hold down 0+5 and power on machine. Any help is greatly appreciated!
