toshiba E-351c operation panel frozen

have a operation panel that looks OK ,after coming to ready you are unable to use any buttons or touch screen . Copier shows no service codes and I am unable to get the machine to go into service mode.

Format the hard drive and update the firmware

thanks for the info . It was a problem with the op panel. i replaced it and now copier is working.

I would have suggested the same, sometimes you can get a stuck button or foreign matter under the touch panel that will cause the display to appear frozen.

Hi format HDD and reload firmware may work.
