The easiest way to isolate an electronic board or PCB problem is to test it by a working one. Then if you find out what board is the problem, the next step is to test the components which needed knowledge and experience for testing. Why waste your time testing every components if you can replace it by whole board and for sure you can profit more, plus the service charge.
