[Error Code] xerox 7525

hi am a ricoh tech, but one of our custs has a color workcentre 7525 they replaced the battery module, and now the copier has a mssg saying incorrect password and insert sim card the origi
nal password no longer works. the display shows all the casettes as empty and says that copy and print functions have been suspended.
they are a small church and were trying to help them out. whats going on here???? help!!!!

Do we have any error codes?
Also hat part number is the battery pack? I am having trouble locating it in my parts list the only battery i can find is an NVM battery which is not spared.

hey jake sorry about the delay, been running around turning gray. lol
Yes the cust replaced the clock module/battery to clear the error codes they had. now the copier boots up but all the paper trays show empty even when full and its asking for an admin password. the one they had no longer works. it also says to insert a sim card.
we dont handle xerox and this is a small npo with no $$$ just trying to help them someone gave them the copier.
any suggestions???
