scan to email DC236

Hi,

i used scan to email function for a long time, but yesterday i can not use (no anti-virus software & fire wall off)
error code: 027-502; 016-767;

action: tried to config email add. in outlook (sent & receive =OK)

>check Ip add./subnet mask/ default gateway; enable all ports; smtp server name & pass.; using SMTP AUTH....result=NG.
i've same configuration in WC5230 at other place, it operates OK ---> mail server OK;

can some body help me ???
