    Xerox, metered vs sold supplies

    I got a call on a 7225. Customer was out of toner. Our shop had ordered toner for them. They put it in and get a message that the toner is non compatible. I researched online and found a post about metered toner not working in sold machines and vice versa. Can someone shed some light on this for me. Took training on this machine over a year ago and this is the first call I have had.

          good luck, the file you upload works maybe half the time. and they cant be over a certain amount of clicks. it's a real pia and xerox messed up bad on this one. Had a few of those calls and i dread them
