Docucolor 252

I have a customer with a docucolor 252 with a fiery everytime they send a print job it takes several trys before the job will actually get to the machine.
occassionally it will print on the first try but not too often.
anyone have any ideas ?

I would first open the Fiery up and clean all the dust out of it. Bad air flow will cause the processor to over heat thus slowing it down.

If that isn't the cause try saving the settings then reinstalling software.

Also check if the drivers are installed correctly, especially check LPR settings.
I see at many sites that customers set up raw printing instead of lpr, and getting the problem you described.
