Xerox ColorQube 9201 Print Head Change

Have to do my first swap.

    Cursed un-resolving light lines.

    Any tips or tricks?

    Thanks!

    James.

Make sure the machine is cold (30 minutes or longer powered off).
Never touch the surface of a print head (even when its cold).

        Thanks guys!

        It went just fine!

Two quickies if you are still around:

Can you mix type A and type B heads on one IME?

How much of a difference does the epoxy kit (tag 17) make to head longevity?

        Thanks!

You can have a mix of type A & B. The only important part is making sure you have the correct cables for the type you are installing.

Don't know about the epoxy kit. Never used it.
