Hi i got phaser 7100 will only print to bypass tray,replace harness assy feed 1 and feed 2,check all settings and there correct,can someone help.thanks

Is it only a printing issue when you send a job to it? Are you able to get internal prints like a config sheet to print from the paper trays? If so the trays may not be configured correctly (not set to plain paper or wrong size).

Even if i print from computer or from the printer goes to optional tray,goes to bypass tray.

It sounds like the machine doesn't detect paper in any tray but the bypass. If that is the case, let us know.
