Error code 042-326 Docucolor 240

Hi,

My DC240 has error 042-326. I've changed the IBT belt but I can get the error to stop appearing.
The issue is that I can't use the touch screen on my UI because is not working anymore.
Is there a way to get rid of this error without the touch screen of UI?

Nu este nevoie de laptop pws. Ai nevoie de softul de diagnoza pt aparat pe care il instalezi pe un PC cu WinXp sau s-ar putea sa mearga si pe Win7 versiunea 32 bit. Conectezi PC-ul la copiator prin cablu usb si ai acces la nvm-uri si ka setarile de service

there is a video and tutorial on how to fix the touch screen UI. interfacep a user in this group has it up if i remember, you can utube that vid. worked for me. as far as i know, the error need to be cleared via UI after 3 unsccesful tries. look for the instructions on fixing the ui
