    C2636 communication problem

    Hi all. I have a wc c2636 and it won't start up. It comes on with the dots and gets 3/4 of the way across and then comes up with an error message saying turn off and back on. I've had a look around the site and found that the battery needs replacing. I have done this and it still does it. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks simon

      You need xerox pws and diagnostic software.
      Then you run dc105 and dc133.
