Xerox J75 error code 077-312

I am getting a -77-312 code on my copier. The fault code is point to the ohcf. I ahve unseated the boards and reseated them. I have checked power to the pins and plugs. Everything is checking out fine. What should I consider replacing?

Check the power, It's a communication fault, and typically it's because it's not plugged into the external power source.

I realize you said you already checked it but I would start with the power supply. Does it operate at all when turned on?
