Wc 5855 does not print or scan

Hi,
It's a WC5855.Lastly the units worked fine but the client shifted his office to the new place.
Now the unit works as copier but printer and scanner options are not available .Tried to print configuration page but didn,t do so.
everything works as copier but could not be accessed as printer/scanner .
please advise.
