    Wc4250 false toner not installed

    Hi all,
    ive gone through 2 toners already and it keeps saying to reinstall toner or its set incorrectly....HELP.

    Fault codes: 09-600 and 07-500

    Thanks ahead of time.

      Pull out the toner and drum cartridge and push in on the spring loaded gear that drives the toner cartridge. If it does not spring back it is bound up and needs replacing.

          Hi Flash, thanks for the reply. It was actually the drum...went ahead and replaced it and worked like a charm. Thanks!
