    7775 Scanning

    Hello everyone,

I have been trying to set up Workflow scanning on a 7775 for a customer of mine, and have come to a dead end.

I followed the instructions per the Xerox website:

WorkCentre 7755/7765/7775 with built-in controller Support

But when I go to scan I get "Login Failure. Check user password, and/or setups." I have not a clue what it's talking about, I enter the user name and pass from when I set it up and It gives me the same thing.

    I would appreciate any help.

Can I scan strait to Adobe PDF?

You need to check if you can login on into the computer with user and passwd choosen.
Also check if you can write and delete files on computer shared folder you choosed for scan.
Pay attention at firewall software and antivirus software.
Sometimes scan to ftp is more easy to setup.

I found the CD for the scan utility and drivers, It looked like it was going to work but the program froze up during install and wont uninstall now.
